Full Job Description:

Lufthansa Ground Services Portugal (LGSP) is a Portuguese company based in Porto, with over 270 employees spread across Porto, Lisbon, and Faro. The company is recruiting for the position of Travel Agent Support in a Back Office Support service, on-site at Av. da Boavista, Porto.

Requirements:

• Availability to work shifts;
• Good listening and communication skills;
• Focus on problem-solving;
• Interest in acquiring new technical knowledge in the field;
• Fluency in English;
• Knowledge of German;
• Excellent communication skills;
• Experience as a travel agent (preferred);
• Experience in similar areas (preferred).
