I hereby agree to the processing of my personal data by LGSP - Lufthansa Ground Services Portugal (“LGSP”) for the purpose of handling my contact request. LGSP respects your privacy and is strongly committed to ensuring the confidentiality of your data and not using it for any purposes other than the purpose for which it was collected. The personal data provided will be stored, in principle, for a maximum period of 6 (six) months. We will only store this personal data for a longer period if required, and insofar as reasonable, to properly handle your contact request.

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (EU-GDPR), as a data subject, you may, at any moment and with no cost, request access to your personal data, as well as its rectification, erasure or restriction of the processing, data portability, or object to the processing of your personal data. You may exercise any of these rights by sending an email to lgsp.geral@dlh.de, including the reference “Request regarding the processing of my personal data” in the email subject line. All communications addressed to LGSP in this regard shall include your name, contact information (email and/or telephone number) and a detailed explanation of your request.

If you do not provide the necessary information, we cannot proceed with the request. Should you consider that the processing of personal data carried out by LGSP infringes the applicable legal regime, you have the right to lodge a complaint with Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados (Portuguese Data Protection Authority).
